Priyanka Dave, Ph.D., MBA
Priyanka Dave has earned her Ph.D. in management (Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior track) from Nirma University, India where she explored antecedents and consequences of workplace learning in Indian IT sector. She holds MBA and BBA in Human Resources management. She has taught several courses in graduate programs and was also involved in industry projects for some time. Her research interests include workplace learning practices and processes, organizational learning climate, and performance feedback.

Amber Derthick, M.A.
Amber Derthick completed her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University in 2018. Her interests include topics such as motivation, feedback, and incentives. More specifically, she is interested in how incentives can be implemented in order to increase employee motivation and workplace satisfaction in an organization, and how supplemental aspects such as feedback and goal assignment can enhance incentive plans.
